To provide the best service and ensure availability for all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment time will not incur any fees.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service cost.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To ensure efficient scheduling and fair service to all clients, the vehicle must be present and accessible at the agreed-upon appointment time and location.

  • If the vehicle is not present or accessible at the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service total.

  • If our team is required to wait, a waiting fee may be applied at our discretion.

  • If you anticipate any delays or issues with vehicle access, please notify us as soon as possible so we can attempt to accommodate your situation.

  • No Response Policy

Clear communication is essential to ensure a smooth and timely service experience. Clients are expected to remain reachable leading up to and during their scheduled appointment.

  • If we are unable to reach you to confirm details, access the vehicle, or proceed with service, this may delay or prevent completion of your appointment.

  • Failure to respond to calls, texts, or messages within a reasonable timeframe may result in the appointment being treated as a no-show.

  • Appointments that cannot be completed due to lack of communication may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service total.

  • We are not responsible for incomplete services resulting from an inability to contact the client.

If your availability changes, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • Personal Belongings Policy

To ensure a safe and efficient detailing process, clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicle prior to their scheduled appointment.

  • Please remove all valuables, cash, documents, electronics, and personal items before service begins.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle.

  • If excessive personal items are present, service may be delayed, limited, or rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.

  • For safety and liability reasons, our team will not handle or organize personal belongings.
